Executive Level Coaching and Consultation.

Wellness, Music, Athletics, and Beauty Industries

Dr. Nina is multi-passionate, and one of her most salient creative interests is music, beauty/self-care, wellness and athletics.

She honors and is inspired by the long standing research on the interconnected relationship between the above industries and mental health.

Dr. Nina is an executive coach (C-Level), as well as entrepreneurship consultant, within these industries. Her work highlights the importance of leading companies with compassion, equity, and efficacy, in order to increase team productivity and creativity. Utilizing a research-affirmed method, she coaches executives on how to find their authentic voice/presence, facilitate team cohesion, increase motivation, and create spaces of emotional safety, in order to achieve values-based company operational goals.

Additionally, Dr. Nina supports executives with onboarding and team building while utilizing a “shoulder-to-shoulder” approach (which resembles the strength of her therapeutic alliance), when developing a client-centered treatment plan. Her unique style includes follow up within months of the coaching period, in order to re-evaluate previously set goals, assess barriers to unmet goals, and design methods to overcome highlighted barriers, if needed.

Her work aims to reduce corporate “blind spots” and internal obstacles, increase conflict management skills and receptivity to feedback, and expand high performance in combination with abiding self-care tools, within often high pressure/high stakes environments.

Speaking Engagements and Brand Partnerships.

Dr. Nina enjoys partnering with brands that share similar and like-minded professional and personal values. She welcomes the opportunity to optimize campaigns that highlight the importance of mind and body wellness in every facet, specifically in communities with less access to these resources.

Dr. Nina delivers workshops within the corporate, and wellness/community space. In combination with research-based information, her stage presence is an important highlight of her work. Her workshop style is engaging, interactive, humorous, soul-filling, and energizing!

Business and Tech Development.

It all begins with an idea. Dr. Nina was one of the first clinicians nationally to develop a population-based, multi-disciplinary medical program to address and treat chronic pain within a primary care setting. With little research to guide the creative process, she developed a road map that reduced hospital-wide costs, whilst increasing resourced access to behavioral self-management skills for one of the most vulnerable patient populations.

Consequently Dr. Nina now works with businesses and tech companies in order to provide a wellness and mental health-based expert approach to the project, which includes the development of technology (e.g., phone apps, platforms) and wellness /relationship-based programming. She enjoys developing a needs-assessment, the brainstorming process that follows, as well as turning large creatively-designed projects into reality, within every industry.

No problem is too large to solve, as long as all members of the team are dedicated to the process! She takes delight in partnering with businesses in order to address values-based company and client goals, which therefore leads to developing an action-oriented program or service that can help important populations foster connection and growth.
